USP-5000C is the latest researched scientific spectroradiometer. It has two cores, the first one is HAMAMATSU TE-cooled CCD detector, the other one is sym metric optical design with low stray light. It is high sensitivity, low stray light, large dynamic range, high repeatability and stability relative to general spectroradiometer. It can be used in national optical laboratory and professional testing authorities. It meets the standard requirements of Energy Star IESNA LM-79 and GB GB/T 24824.
1) Low stray light
The sensor matches spectral light path perfectly by the latest light path design technique, combined with original FCT technique and NIST stray light correction technique, so these decrease the level of stray light of USP-5000C by more than one order of magnitude.
2) High Sensitivity
USP-5000C uses HAMAMATSU scientific-grade high sensitivity array detector with back-thinned CCD, TE-cooled and BINNING characteristics.
